An AI platform that turns fragmented medical records into reports doctors trust

Sole designer on a 23-person team. Clinicians upload messy records, the AI extracts biomarkers, diagnoses, genetics, and medications, and the clinician reviews everything before a report reaches a patient. I designed all 10 modules, built the design system from zero, and wrote the 28-point quality checklist that gates every AI-generated report.

I also shipped like an engineer: a 45-chart biomarker visualisation library and 26 files of platform documentation, all living in the engineering repos.

An AI co-pilot for longevity practitioners

Wearables, labs, and clinical notes for every client, unified in one dashboard. Sole designer across the full platform: health scores, AI summaries, protocols, an Ask AI assistant, and the hardest problem, a biomarker correlation view that reads like insight instead of a spreadsheet.

The clickable Figma prototype did double duty: the founders used it to pitch investors.

A knowledge network for engineers, live in five months

First design hire. Built the product with the founder from a blank file: personalized feeds, community Q&A, challenges with leaderboards, streaks. Shipped v1.0 in five months and reached 2,000 users in the first week.

The cross-platform design system kept web and mobile in lockstep and cut testing and rework in half.

Team-based fantasy sports, designed for the moment everything is live

A year with BREN LLC on a US college sports app. The hard part was real-time state: live draft picks, countdown timers, auto-pick fallbacks when someone walks away mid-draft. I designed for the drop-off, not just the happy path, and we tracked draft completion to prove it.

From tolerances to tokens

I studied mechanical engineering and knew by second year it was the wrong room. My brother is a graphic designer, a senior handed me our college symposium's design work, and that was the pivot. I taught myself UX on YouTube, entered a national design competition, and placed in the top 50 of 455,534 students. The engineering never left: I still think in systems, constraints, and tolerances. They just measure interfaces now.

Since then I have been the founding designer at Duggup, design lead on N1 Care, and sole designer on Expand Health. Health tech is my specialty: dense clinical data, real consequences, and the constant question of how much to show a person and when.

My workflow is AI-first, with Claude Code, Figma MCP, and Codex in the loop from day one. That is what closes the gap between the design file and the deployed thing, and it is why everything on this page exists in production rather than in a slide deck. This site included: I designed it, then directed the build.
